Do people still make them on a larger scale? I am not sure; but I do know of some who still do.

Usually it has something to do with HEALTH: there is the renewed effort to lose weight; the tough task to give up sugar; getting into shape to look good in summer beach-wear; perhaps trying a new type of diet altogether.

Whatever you decide to change in 2018, make sure that your goals are serious and doable. This doesn’t mean they need to be easy!! NO(!) they should be somewhat challenging for body and mind.

The key is to first set a personal goal: “What do you want to accomplish?” “And will you be able to do just that?” Then set your own personalized schedule and strategy, and stick to it.

I think it is very important that we take care of our body and mind. They are both precious, and we need to use them until the end of our life. That can become very complicated at times. However, help is available!
