Fresh-water fatty fish, Free-Range and grain-free eggs, Hormone Free and Antibiotic-free bacon, turkey, chicken, and red meat, butter or ghee (which is clarified butter), oils from Flax, Fish, Coconut, Avocados, and Olives; and nuts such as walnuts, macadamia, almonds, and pine nuts.


Depending on weight and activity level, try between 8-12 Tablespoons of fats daily, moderate proteins and abundant vegetables.
