Fatigue is a popular discussion item; primarily because it affects so many of us. However, coming-in and getting some type of energy pill is usually only a quick-fix.

Being tired can have many possible causes, and each one should be thought about with an honest mind, particularly because it sometimes has been developing for many years.

For example:
• Are you suffering from undiagnosed vision problems?
• Have you been dealing with more than usual stress this last year?
• Have you had several rounds of antibiotics in the last decade, which may have caused a chronic Candida, or Yeast infection?
• Do you have a hypothyroid condition that has been under-diagnosed?
• Are the shorter days and colder weather getting to you?
• Do you get adequate and quality sleep at night?
• And… do you get enough exercise in every week?
