When I talk to people about their diets and mention certain foods they should focus on consuming, the response is usually affirmative: they already eat those foods!

So, when I mention certain essential foods for eye health, such as broccoli, cauliflower, raw cabbage, carrots, green vegetables, squash, sunflower seeds, and watercress, most people assure me they already eat these items.

But they still have eye-problems!

I’m learning it is often more important to talk about “concepts” regarding health than it is about being specific. Customers who come into the store are typically looking for supplements as the solution to their health concerns. However, we all eat foods and drink liquids, and the combination of both what we consume and the supplements we take can have a great impact.

I know that specific supplements accelerate the healing of our eyes. Vice-versa, I know certain foods are needed to make the supplements work better.
