This Saturday morning’s topic can broadly be described as “physical fitness.” I will have two separate guests bringing their unique knowledge and expertise on the subject.

During the first half, from 8:05 to 9:30, my guest will be Mike Tarantino, my super-creative personal trainer who I have worked out with for four years.

In the second half, from 9:30 to 11, I will talk with Brian Segal, well-known as a Chi-Running Instructor, a Master Fencer, and a Yoga Teacher. 

Better wear shorts or spandex while listening to Mike and Brian!
